Q: I forgot my bull888 password. What should I do?

Click the "Forgot password?" link found below the password field on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and bull888 will send a password reset link within minutes. Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder if the email doesn't appear in your main inbox. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes only.

Q: My account got locked after several failed login attempts. How do I unlock it?

As a security measure, your bull888 account will be temporarily locked after five consecutive failed login attempts. The account is usually unlocked automatically after 30 minutes. If you'd like it unlocked sooner, or if you suspect an unauthorised access attempt, contact the bull888 support team via 24/7 live chat within the platform and we'll help verify your identity to restore access.

Q: Can I log in to my bull888 account from outside Malaysia?

Yes, your bull888 account can be accessed from any location as long as you have a stable internet connection. However, if you log in from a different country or device than usual, our security system may request additional verification such as an OTP to confirm it's really you. This is a standard protective measure for your account's security.

Q: I registered with my phone number but can't remember the email I used. Can I still log in?

bull888 allows login using your registered phone number as an alternative to email. Enter your phone number in the "Email / Username" field when logging in. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team via live chat and provide your registered phone number along with some other identity verification details — our team will help identify and restore access to your account.

Q: Why do I need to enter an OTP code every time I log in?

If 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is enabled on your account, an OTP code will be required every time you log in as an added security layer. This means even if someone else knows your password, they still cannot access your account without the OTP sent to your phone. If you prefer not to enter an OTP every time, you can disable 2FA via Security Settings — though we do not recommend doing so.

Your bull888 Account Is Protected at Every Layer

Every time you log in to bull888, our security system works in the background to ensure only you can access your account. This isn't just talk — here are the concrete layers of protection keeping you safe.

256-bit SSL encryption ensures all data transmitted between your device and bull888's servers cannot be read by any third party, even if your internet connection is being monitored. This is the same level of encryption used by leading banking institutions in Malaysia.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an essential layer of protection — even if someone knows your password, they still can't log in without the verification code sent to your mobile phone. We recommend all members enable 2FA via account settings.

Bull888's login monitoring system automatically detects suspicious login attempts — if there's an attempt from an unrecognised location or device, you'll be notified immediately via your registered email.

Security Alert: bull888 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, ignore it and report it to our support team immediately.

Activate 2FA Today: Log in to your account → Security Settings → Two-Factor Authentication. The process takes under 2 minutes and provides significantly stronger protection against unauthorised access.
